Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Weingut Reverchon KG, Saartalstraße 2–3, 54329 Konz-Filzen, Germany, kontakt@weingut-reverchon.de, telephone: 06501923500, fax: 06501923509) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post, fax or email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, this cost is €95. You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
