DRY, LIGHT, PURE describes the style of our wines

80% of our wines are vinified dry and also the half-dry and fruity wines are on the dry side of the particular taste spectrum.

Our wines and sparkling-wines are light and fresh, no alcohol bombs; even our dry wines range from 10 to maximum 12,5 vol% alc. The acidity is well balanced. Our products give you a high drinking pleasure and are very mild.

Pure means that our wines are well-defined, they are of a pure grape variety, the spontaneous fermentation enhances the characteristics of the terroir and the speciality of the Saar.

This philosophy also applies for our hand-turned sparkling wines produced by classic bottle fermentation.
