A skilled team of passionate wine experts, all deeply committed to the team motto “La qualité, c’est ma vie”, ensures that the highest quality demands of the Manufaktur Reverchon are always met.
Hans Maret, born in Trier in 1950, bought Reverchon in 2007. His aim is to produce outstanding Saar wines and sparkling wines of premium quality. He has a degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) in business administration from the University of Cologne and worked for 20 years as a tax auditor and tax consultant at Arthur Andersen. After that he became partner of the private bank Sal. Oppenheim, Cologne, and worked there until the year 2002. Today, he advises the Triton Funds (www.triton-partners.com) and is a member of various supervisory and advisory boards.
Ralph Herke, born in 1968, has been working as manager and oenologist at Weingut Reverchon since 2013. After completing his apprenticeship as a winemaker, he studied beverage technology and oenology at the renowned University of Geisenheim. For 20 years he worked as a cellar master at Weingut Schloss Vollrads in the Rheingau before his passion for excellent Riesling brought him to the Saar region.
Dagmar Hümer, supports the REVERCHON-Team in managinge the country cottage and events. The experienced hotel director is responsible for organising and developing festivities as well as reservations and administration processes of the country cottage.
Maria Weier (née Steffes), born in 1992, supports the Reverchon team since 2016. She studied Viticulture & Oenology at the renowned University of Geisenheim and is responsible for marketing & sales since the end of 2017. Before she was responsible for managing the country cottage and events.
